Cookies and statistics

What your browser stores, how visits are measured and the controls available when you browse this website.

Who manages these technologies

This website is owned by Joan Lluís Clemens Sansó, trading as Joan Lluís Visuals. You can contact joanlluisvisuals@gmail.com. Minicolab provides the hosting, measurement and security services described on this page.

Cookies and your language preference

When you select a language, the website stores its own jlv_locale cookie to remember your choice. It contains the language code, applies across the website and lasts for up to one year. It supports a preference you requested and is not used for advertising.

You can remove or block it in your browser settings. Removing it means the website will no longer remember that choice. Public pages and the contact form do not require an account. The private administration area has its own authentication mechanisms and is outside normal public website use.

Visitor and performance statistics

The website uses Umami, hosted at stats.minicolab.com and managed by Minicolab, to understand visits and improve operation. Basic measurement may include pages viewed, referral source, approximate country or area, device type, browser, operating system and page loading times.

The measurement code does not install tracking cookies. The integration excludes the query string and fragment from the page address and respects your browser’s Do Not Track signal. Form values are not sent as analytics events. Session recording and heatmaps are disabled.

Measurement is intended to understand this website’s audience and improve performance, without advertising use or combining it with form data. It relies on the legitimate interest in improving the service, subject to an assessment respecting visitor rights and applicable audience measurement requirements. Not using cookies does not, by itself, remove those requirements. Any technology requiring consent will only be introduced after providing a prior choice and a way to withdraw it.

Retention of technical information

Technical and measurement information is kept for as long as needed to detect and resolve incidents and analyse changes in the website’s audience and performance. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a person may be retained while useful for that analysis.
